When to Get Arizona Legal Help

If you own a small business in Arizona, are estate planning, rent property, or intend to make a big-ticket purchase, it may be wise to seek legal advice before any problems come up. Waiting until your questions become issues can be stressful, and could result in additional legal work.

With Arizona Law on Call, you don’t pay a hefty retainer to speak to a lawyer. Simply call and get advice from our Arizona attorneys.

For just $9 a month, you can work through your legal concerns right away. There’s no need to wait and see if something becomes a problem worth shelling out hundreds of dollars for.

Maybe chatting with a lawyer once in awhile is all you need. Or maybe you’ll call a few days in a row with follow-up questions. Maybe you’ll even need legal work done, like having your operating agreement reviewed or an independent contractor agreement drafted. No matter the scenario, rest easy knowing you have a lawyer on call.

Why We Landed in Arizona

Getting legal help in the United States is often prohibitively expensive. To combat this reality, Arizona implemented some impactful legal industry reforms. Rather than creating a temporary or experimental program, they changed the rulebook in an effort to increase access to legal help while easing the burden on small-firm lawyers.

In a unanimous 2020 decision, Arizona’s Supreme Court approved reform measures that alter the core of how legal services in the state are delivered and by whom:

  • Nonlawyer ownership of law firms.
This type of firm is called an Alternative Business Structure (ABS).
  • Business affiliations and fee sharing between lawyers and nonlawyers.
  • Technology-based legal service providers.

Law on Call operates as an ABS in Arizona. In addition, we offer Utah legal services.
