Daniel Wilde is licensed to practice law in Utah and California. He has been representing small businesses and individuals in litigation matters and as business counsel, throughout both states, for over 14 years. He has provided services to individuals and institutional clients in the areas of business law, labor and employment defense, real property law, construction defects, insurance defense, insurance fraud investigations, professional malpractice, and catastrophic injury defense.
At Law on Call, Daniel utilizes his experience to help business clients navigate the often-difficult legal world that surrounds business operations in the state of Utah. From helping with employment matters to drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, Daniel focuses his practice on providing the best service at a fair price. His goal is to help his clients find solutions to their legal difficulties and questions as quickly as possible, without sacrificing the hard-earned financial capital they need to keep their businesses operating.
In his personal time, Daniel enjoys hiking, camping, biking, skiing, kayaking, golf, football, basketball and most other outdoor activities and sports. He also plays the piano and the drums. Daniel has written and published a three-part dystopian book series and is nearly finished with a second, unrelated three-book series.
