Blue government building with four pillars and a red flag.

Why Use Our Trademark Service

Trademark registration is complicated. It’s a specific, robust, nuanced government process that’s easy to get tangled up in. But that’s why we’re here, navigating it day in and day out so you don’t have to.

Lowest Price

We offer the cheapest attorney-led USPTO trademark filing service on the market. $599 flat-rate, including the filing fee.

Attorney-Led

Before filing, our attorneys review your application and provide advice if anything looks like a registration impediment.

Dedicated Filers

You’ll work with the same filers throughout, so your application is consistently handled by folks who understand your situation.

Clearance Search

We conduct a thorough search early on to take stock of your mark’s eligibility, then provide guidance if issues turn up.

Application Submission

Once we’ve compiled your application and buttoned it up, we’ll submit it to the USPTO and keep track of any new deadlines.

USPTO Communications

We’ll field all USPTO emails. Should they flag any problems (aka office actions), we can handle many as part of your service.

How Our Trademark Service Works

After sign up, you’ll give us the information we need to get started on your application.
From there, we’ll get to work and stick with you every step of the way.

1

Get Started

Sign up for our $599 flat-rate Trademark Registration service. Then, we’ll collect information about your business and your trademark. You’ll tell us things like who owns the mark, what the trademark is and how it’s used, and what kinds of goods and services it’s connected to.

2

Work with Our Experts

We’ll review your information and run a clearance search to ensure there aren’t other registered trademarks that could get in the way. Any potential issues will be thoroughly addressed and we’ll provide guidance the whole way.

3

Application Filing

Your application will be attorney-reviewed and any feedback will be incorporated. Once it gets the green light, we’ll submit it electronically to the USPTO. From there, we’ll monitor deadlines and correspond with the examining attorneys as needed all the way through to registration.

Why Register a Trademark

Trademarks are words, logos, and gain power in a few ways. A mark has inherent strength, determined by the sum of its parts: the less a trademark describes the goods/services it’s connected to, the stronger it is. From there, a trademark’s power is aided by how it’s used: trademarks in consistent use are stronger than those that aren’t. But registering your trademark takes everything further.

Registration compiles all the evidence—what your mark is, what it’s connected to, how it’s used—and tells the world that this trademark is yours.

And if a dispute ever arises, registration means you can send a cease and desist letter and, if needed, sue for infringement in federal court. Registration proves you take your trademark seriously and prevents others from encroaching on your brand without consequence.

How We’re Different

Other trademark services highlight low prices but conveniently leave out the USPTO filing fee. They make the registration process seem cheaper than it is, then upsell you once you’re in too deep to find a more trustworthy trademark partner.

We charge a transparent, flat-rate of $599 for our Trademark Registration service. This includes the USPTO filing fee, tailor-made support, and expert guidance at every step.
